Immediately after purchase, you'll receive the design in electronic form, and the next day after the payment is credited, we'll send you the physical version via courier in our elegant company folder. This also serves as a reservation fee, comprising 0.5% of the house price, securing your place on our list and guaranteeing that the house price is frozen for 1 month. If you decide to build with us, rest assured that the price will remain unchanged.

Buying a Home

Sign the home purchase agreement with MABUDO by paying 10% of its price, that's £17,352 including taxes. If you previously purchased a house design, we will deduct £868 including VAT from this amount, meaning the actual deposit will be £16,484. The deposit guarantees the price is locked for 5 months (failing to provide a Building Permit within this period may result in a price increase according to the inflation rate).

Sign the home purchase agreement with MABUDO by paying 10% of its price, that's £48,200 including VAT. If you previously purchased a house design, we will deduct £2,410 including VAT from this amount, meaning the actual deposit will be £45,790. The deposit guarantees the price is locked for 5 months (failing to provide a Building Permit within this period may result in a price increase according to the inflation rate).
