Purchase an architectural design of a house for the price of £868. The design becomes yours the moment you buy it. Buying the design guarantees the price for a period of 1 month, during which time you can assess the possibility of obtaining a building permit for your plot, organise funds for finalising the house purchase agreement, which involves a deposit of 10% of the sale price.

Duration - up to 1 month

Purchase an architectural design of a house for the price of 2,410 PLN. The design becomes yours the moment you buy it. Buying the design guarantees the price for a period of 1 month, during which time you can assess the possibility of obtaining a building permit for your plot, organise funds for finalising the house purchase agreement, which involves a deposit of 10% of the sale price.

Notes:

  • The amount is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with purchasing the home.

  • Purchasing the plan does not equate to buying the home; it books the price and secures your spot on our promotional list for 1 month.

  • The plan's purchase price is refundable only if our consultant confirms the impossibility of access or project execution.

Sign a home purchase agreement with MABUDO by paying 10% of the price, which is £17,532 including taxes (for the Basic standard). If you have previously purchased a house design, we'll deduct £868 including VAT from the price, making your actual payment £16,484. Build your dream home with ease and confidence!

Duration from 2-5 months

Get planning permission for your MAB110 with your chosen architect. During the process, you'll have our full support.

The MAB110 home can also be completed through a simplified application procedure.

You have 5 months to obtain planning permission, and during this period, the price you paid for the home will not change. If it turns out you receive permission later, the price may be updated to reflect inflation.

During this time, most of our clients secure bank financing conditions and sign contracts for home construction financing.

Duration - up to 5 months

You’ve provided us with a building permit and paid the deposit. Relax, we'll take care of constructing your home for you. 

The construction occurs in these steps:

  • We handle the foundations on your plot (in all variants except for the Basic)

  • Meanwhile, the production of your house walls and roof truss begins in the factory

  • On your plot, within 60 days (from the day we receive the permit and deposit), your house will stand in the shell open state

  • We will hand over the keys to your home in a developer state already within 150 days from providing the building permit and deposit

Project timeline:

  • Starting construction within 30 days from receiving the building permit and deposit. It usually happens faster.

  • Completion of the shell open state (foundation, walls, roof truss) - within 60 days from providing the building permit and deposit

  • Completion of the shell closed state (shell open + roof covering and window installations) - within 90 days from providing the building permit and deposit

  • Completion of the developer state - within 150 days from receiving the building permit and deposit
